Sunroom Additions in Portland, OR

Four-season rooms built for Pacific Northwest light — usable all year.

With nine months of gray, a well-built sunroom becomes the most-used room in the house. We build insulated, heated four season rooms tied into your home's structure and foundation — not kit enclosures bolted to a patio slab.

Glazing orientation, shading, and ventilation are planned together so the room stays bright in December without overheating in July, and trim and flooring are detailed to match the rooms it opens onto.

How It Works

Our Process

  1. 1

    Consultation & site walk

We walk the home with you, measure the existing structure, and talk through goals, budget range, and timing before anything is drawn.

  2. 2

    Design & engineering

Our in-house studio produces plans and 3D views, and our structural team engineers the framing, foundations, and systems behind them.

  3. 3

    Permits & pricing

We prepare and submit the permit package, answer plan-review comments, and lock a detailed, line-item price against the approved set.

  4. 4

    Build & walkthrough

One Masters project lead runs the trades, schedules inspections, and finishes with a punch walkthrough before handing the space back.

What Portland and Vancouver homeowners ask before they begin.

Glazing type, foundation, and whether the room is conditioned drive the number, so we price sunrooms after the site walk — the $400–$700 per square foot addition range is a useful starting point. See our Portland remodeling cost guide for detailed ranges.
